It's the "About this title" text that throws me.

UPDATE: Further investigation elsewhere on the web suggests that the "about this title" text is simply accidentally taken from another book (or that someone with a wicked sense of humor edited it); the book is actually available online, and appears to be a serious work on the subject indicated by the title.
