(Oh, why the hell not.)
1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 23.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal...along with these instructions.
Usually I don't care for LJ memes a lot, but when I idly checked the nearest book, this is the sentence I got:
"It was one of the few times I agreed with him."
What else could I do? :)
For bonus points, here are the other two "closest" books' results:
"In fact, a break-up occurs only very rarely."
"The constant c is determined by a boundary condition on y(0)."
Which says something about the random crap on my desk, I think.

Yes, my other two nearest books were a translation of Cicero's works and the guide to Darkside of Xeen. The latter didn't have sentences on page 23, it had monster stats. :)
