It depends on which variant of creationism you subscribe to. Some creationists actually assert that evolution doesn't happen, and that any evidence that appears to demonstrate otherwise is faked or misinterpreted.
But yeah: creationism in the "[INSERT DEITY HERE] is responsible" sense is not a falsifiable hypothesis, and thus not directly comparable to evolutionary theory.
