I'll be the first to say that something about Will Ferrell's movies tends to rub me the wrong way, although I'll admit that (until very recently*) I don't think I'd even seen one with him in it, much less one that starred him.
Recently, however, Saturday Night Live apparently featured him in an impression of George W. Bush trying to give an unscripted speech on global warming (Quicktime video).
As
naudiz might say, this is comedy plutonium. He doesn't look precisely like George in this video, although the resemblance is closer than I would have expected. But the voice is just about dead on, and the characterization is quite good, also...and you can just guess what some of the lines are like. Definitely worth watching. (I showed it to several people while I was in Portland; many thumbs up, none down.)
*I saw him in the recent movie version of "The Producers", in which he played the German scriptwriter and (almost) actor. He did a brilliant job. I conclude that he needs a new agent (or that perhaps he just got one).
