via AccordionGuy's post on the subject: a website devoted to "how-to" videos using scantily-clad women as narrators...somewhat ambiguously called How To Do Girls. (No, not _that_ kind of instruction manual.)
Specifically, they have a DVD for calculus lessons. Totally not making this up. Unfortunately, the production quality, direction, and acting are all rather low quality (the whole thing screams "LOW BUDGET"), but at least they apparently don't take themselves entirely seriously. And besides, one of the girls apparently has a master's in nuclear engineering, according to her bio.

quoting filkertom: "Carson Williams...likes playing with computers. And Christmas lights. And music."
As evidence of which we present this (Windows Media, with sound). (And, for the dubious, Snopes' verification, which includes links to instructions for recreating the sequence, plus another video.)
Yow.
OK, fdmts, it's your turn. Let the hacking commence! (Actually, I could imagine my friend Jeff getting interested in a similar project...)

Google Transit (beta) allows residents of Portland, OR (for the moment) to do trip planning on public transportation (in this case, Tri-Met). Very nice.
