Looks like Bolton's confirmation might not make it out of committee. Kudos to Chaffee.

(For those of you who might have missed it the first time, Bolton was never actually confirmed by the Senate; he was put in as an "interim" appointment by Bush (after the initial block) during a Congressional recess.)
