The web page looks like crap, but this guy is seriously impressive: simultaneous playing of two keyboards, eight sensors on his shoes, voice processing for instruments or vocals, four on his chest, no tapes or sequencing...yow.

I have seen someone play two trumpets simultaneously, though. (Saxophones would present an interesting problem, as you need two hands each to play them properly. How did this guy finesse that?)
A trick that brass players can learn (I can do this a little, but not very well) is to sing and play at the same time. You can't form words (your lips and tongue are busy) but you can do harmonies with yourself. When done well, it can be very cool (and rather haunting). I don't know whether players of other wind instruments can do this also.
