I have trouble getting my head around just how intensely screwed up this is.

I mean, I knew that things in North Korea were bad, and I even knew a little bit of why, and how.

But the details simply boggle me. Kim Jong-Il is simply batshit insane--megalomaniac and paranoid at the very least--and this article explores one aspect of that, and the human cost.
