I'm not particularly paranoid (in practice*, anyway) about this personally, but I do plan to check this out.
*It's not that I can't see any problems with the government's reduced restrictions on information gathering, it's mostly just that I don't assign a high probability to it causing me personally any problems. YMMV and I recommend checking this information out regardless.
